Case 1 ─ Taipei Nei-Hu MRT System is an important transportation engineering in Taipei. For Nei-Hu Area, the MRT system is interchange transportation, so it is very convenient for people who live or work in Nei-Hu. Thus, due to a huge flow of passengers in the MRT stations, surveillance is of course becoming a vital job. In 2006, the Nei-Hu MRT’s engineering agency purchased series of Shany’s CCTV cameras including standard box cameras (MTC-8382) and dome cameras (MTC-808D). Also, in order to keep security in every corner in the station, the agency also purchased Shany’s speed dome camera MZC-7818 that can view from 360° angles. Besides, to avoid destruction by violence, Shany’s vandal proof camera (MTC-4438) was also purchased to build a comprehensive surveillance system for passengers and public security in the MRT stations.

Case 2 ─ “National Defense University” is a well-known military school to train professional military talents. Owing to its military back ground, National Defense University pays more attentions on surveillance than other education organizations. In 2007, Shany’s advanced IP camera (MTC-8343) was purchased to guard campus security remotely via the internet. Because IP cameras can be integrated into professional surveillance systems, they enhance the protection of National Defense University’s campus security.

Case 3 ─ “Taipei Veterans General Hospital” is an authoritative medical organization in Taiwan. In hospitals, normally the light in some areas is off at night. To ensure the hospital security at night time, Taipei Veterans General Hospital purchased IR cameras (MTC-L1438) from Shany Electronic. The cameras can automatically switch to night mode, so images are still clear in the low illumination environment. Therefore,   Taipei Veterans General Hospital can not only provide patients a better resting low illumination environment but also keep hospital security at both day time and night.
